Back-up Plan

Sadly my first attempt at Bakerella’s cupcake bites didn’t pan out.  So I had to go with my old standby, cream filled full sized cupcakes.

So yummy, particularly cold!  One 7 oz jar of marshmallow creme and 1 stick of room temp butter, that’s all it takes.  I cut a hole in the top of the cupcakes, fill, then top with leftover cake.  However, I do know there is a tip you can use with a pastry bag that does the same thing.   Martha’s ganache on top and you are good to go!
